The United Racing CLUB is busy prepping for its return in 2015 and has announced its season opener for the 360 Sprint car group.
Bridgeport Speedway, the 5/8 mile track, billed as the fastest dirt track in the east, will host the Club on Sunday, April 12, 2015.
"Everyone involved in bringing the club back is really looking forward to our opener at Bridgeport Speedway," according to a club spokesperson. "United Racing Club used to begin its season at Bridgeport years ago so we're excited to be going back and we're hoping for a successful opener for the track and the club. We'd obviously like to get back to Bridgeport more throughout the season."
Bridgeport Speedway is located in Swedesboro, NJ and has been racing since 1972.
The club is in the process of working with other speedways, working on confirming more race dates in 2015 and those will be announced shortly.
The United Racing Club is also busy securing sponsors and product sponsors for the 2015 season.
