JANUARY 11, 2019 – With the holidays behind us and the calendar flipped over to 2019, it won’t be long before the green flag waves on a brand-new race season.
Before cars hit the track and dirt starts flying, the Capitol Renegade United Racing Club (URC) is kicking the season off next weekend at the Pioneer Pole Buildings (PPB) Motorsports Racecar & Trade Show.
The three-day exhibition show will take place at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, Pennsylvania. The event begins Friday, Jan. 18 at 2 p.m. ET and continues Jan. 19 and 20.
The URC booth will join over 120 others for three days of racing-packed fun. Attendees are encouraged to stop by the URC booth and check out the three sprint cars on display – 2018 URC champion Josh Weller, 2018 series Rookie of the Year Ryan Quackenbush and 2019 Rookie of the Year contender Austin Bishop.
While club memberships will be sold in-person at the booth, the 2019 forms are also available online at www.urcsprintcarseries.com, along with media sheets and W-9 forms. Feel free to print the forms, fill them out and bring them by the booth.
URC will also be debuting its 2019 schedule at the show.
